Who is responsible

Growinetic is responsible for the processing of personal data described in this policy. You can reach us through our contact page.

What we collect and why

• Orders: your name, email address, billing address and country, to deliver your purchase, send your invoice and apply the correct VAT. Legal basis: performance of the contract and our legal obligations.
• Payments: handled by our payment provider, Mollie. We do not receive or store your card or bank details.
• Contact form: your name, email address and message, to answer your question. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in responding.
• Technical data: IP address and browser information in server and security logs, to keep the website secure.

Cookies

We use functional cookies needed for the shop and checkout. We only use analytics or marketing cookies with your consent, which you can change at any time through the cookie banner.

Who we share data with

We use service providers to run the shop: our hosting provider (Hetzner, Germany), Cloudflare for security and performance, and Mollie for payments. They process data only on our instructions. We do not sell your data.

How long we keep it

Order and invoice records are kept for seven years because Dutch tax law requires it. Contact messages are deleted when they are no longer needed, and at the latest after two years.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, object to processing or receive a copy of it. Contact us to do so. You can also complain to the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
