Digital downloads and your right of withdrawal

Our books are digital files that you can download immediately after payment. Under EU consumer law, the usual 14-day right of withdrawal ends once delivery of digital content has started, provided you agreed to that beforehand.

At checkout we therefore ask you to confirm two things: that you want immediate access to the download, and that you understand you lose your right of withdrawal once the download has started. Your order cannot be completed without this confirmation, and we record it with your order.

Before you download

If you have paid but not yet started any download, you can still withdraw within 14 days. Contact us with your order number and we will refund you in full.

Faulty or incorrect files

If a file will not open, is incomplete, or is not what the product description says, contact us. We will send a working file or refund you. This does not affect your statutory rights.
